VK-WGL Automatic Wet Glue Labeling Machine
Automatic Wet glue paper brand labeling machine is suitable for all kinds of cylindrical objects, such as glass bottles, Plastic bottles.It can work separately or connecting with conveyer. Label box can be controlled to satisfy different labeling request.
The size of label box can be changed according to the different label size. The operation is convenient and easy.
It uses the glue pump and the glue can be used circularly. Quantity of flowing glue also can be changed to satisfy different labeling request. Compare to self adhesive labels, Paper label make a low cost.

Function:
1. Adopts mechanical transmission in whole, transmission parts equipped with closed lubricating-oil-providing tank turn smoothly and deftly with little faults and noise.
2. Load of motor is low, panel and plate of turntable are made from stainless steel, which is durable, clean and rustless and easy to maintain.
3. Can be used alone, as well as designed to be connected with assembly line.
4. It covers little room and can be moved at will to adjust room distribution at workplace.

Working process:
Screw bottle unscrambler→spray paste→take label→stick label→stable label sticking
Feature:
- Adopt screw bottle feeding type, running stale, reliably setting. Adopt thread rolling device, good sticky, add label reliability. Include no bottle, no label, no spraying, no sticking device. Simple design, easy to operate and change labeling specification.
- The paste groove and stainless steel rolling wheel is produced precislly. No leak.
- The rubber wheel is processed specially, won't change appearance, wear-resisting. It can spray paste uniform.
- It adopts vacuum absorb label, match with the conveyor , can label flatable.
- It adopt frequency changer, can adjust motor speed, then control labeling speed.
